Glacio has substantial systems to secure that the products we handle remain safe at all time. The system makes sure we follow good operating procedures which safeguard all requirements from the Food Standards Agency as well as documentation requirements. Our quality systems are revised several times a year, by both internal and external operators. This means that Glacio follows procedures which are in accordance with the current regulations at all times.
Glacio has systems insuring the client's and authorities' requirements for documentation and traceability. By using bar codes we secure electronic tracking of all products going in and out of our warehouses. Our clients can at any time have full overview of their inventory with tracking information, arrival date and expiry date. Among other things, we deliver document reports of all dispatches and shipments we've done on behalf of our clients.
Glacio uses continuous electronic surveillance of temperature and other critical operating data at their warehouses. The surveillance is connected to alarm centrals which are operated 24/7 all year round.
Our warehouses are operated only by our own staff. The premises are monitored by video, and we've got burglar alarms connected to security companies.
